1, keep the electronic parts and thermal conductive silicone sheet surface clean and clean, to avoid the existence of electronic parts surface dirt, the existence of any stains on the contact surface will lead to thermal conductive silicone film self-adhesive and sealing thermal conductivity will become poor.

2, pick up the thermal conductive silicone sheet, the area of the larger grasp the middle part, the area of the smaller sheet grasp is not required, because the large piece of thermal conductive silicone film is not evenly stressed, will lead to deformation, affecting the subsequent operation or even damage the silicone film.

3, left hand carry the thermal conductive silicon film, the right hand tear off one side of the protective film. Remember not to tear off both sides of the protective film at the same time, and reduce the number of direct contact with the thermal conductive silicone film as much as possible to ensure that the self-adhesive and thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive silicone film is not damaged.

5、If air bubbles are generated during the operation, pull up one end of the silicone film and repeat the above steps, or borrow a hard plastic sheet to gently wipe away the air bubbles, the force should not be too large to avoid damage to the thermal conductive silicone film.
