1, the silicone keys and the shell with the structure between the structure is not well designed, and lead to silicone keys installed after the key card and dead keys, this reason accounts for almost 90% of such problems may. Mainly embodied in the key and the shell with the gap between the design is too small or too large, there are keys and the center of the shell is consistent, the key is reasonable to pull the mold and so on.
2, silicone key load and rebound force is too low.
The load is too low, including two aspects.
First, the load design of the key itself is too low, for example, according to the shape of the key, weight and shell friction loss, the need for 50g of rebound force to make the key to achieve good rebound, and in the design of the silicone key structure only set 20g of rebound force, small horse-drawn car will of course not pop up.
Secondly, there is no problem with the design of the key load, but there is a mistake in the production process of silicone keys, resulting in insufficient resilience, thus causing the key to be stuck dead.
3, eccentricity will lead to silicone keys stuck and dead keys. The so-called eccentric is when the silicone keys are pressed, the keys are not sinking vertically, but tilted to one side, which is usually due to the wear of the silicone mold positioning column or inappropriate positioning.
4, silicone keys broken leading to stuck and dead keys, this situation is usually the use of a long time silicone keys, load wall rupture, resulting in rebound failure.
5, the shell has a burr or phi lead to silicone keys stuck key dead key. This is very understandable, but not too much explanation, just need to clean the shell burr and phi front can be clean.

How to deal with the silicone key jam.
I. The key type of silicone keys is large and irregular

Note: The force pressed should be in the center of the key
II. The key hole of the key panel has cloak or burr

III. Assembly too tight
Note: too tight easily cause pcb deformation.
Solution: Slightly loosen the screws a little.
IV. The gap between the silicone key and the panel is not appropriate
Note: To control the gap <small gap will cause the key to be stuck, the gap will not feel good>　
V. Silicon key stroke is not set properly
VI. The load (elasticity) of the silicone keys is low, or the rebound force is low
