Nylon cable ties are made of UL approved nylon 66 material with 94V-2 fire rating, acid resistance, corrosion resistance, good insulation, not easy to age, and strong endurance. The operating temperature is -40 to 90 degrees Celsius. This product has the characteristics of fast tying, good insulation, self-locking and forbidden fixation, and easy to use. It is a wire saw that optimizes the number of abrasive grains, the spacing between abrasive grains, and the amount of off-centeredness of the abrasive grains fixed on the wire saw, and thus effectively prevents abrasive grains from falling off. The wire saw is formed in such a way that the image of the aforementioned wire saw is taken by using the light that passes through the wire saw with abrasive grains fixed around the core wire by the adhesive material, and the outline of the abrasive grains is detected and the position of the abrasive grains is detected based on the brightness detection of the image of the wire saw taken, and at least the number of abrasive grains, the spacing of abrasive nylon ties, and the projected area of abrasive grains are detected, so that the separate states of the abrasive grains are detected. The standard deviation of the spacing of the abrasive grains is 200 μm or less, and the ratio of the thickness of the thin abrasive grain layer to the thickness of the thick abrasive grain layer is 0.6 or more for the abrasive grain layer formed on both sides of the core line.
