Third, the vulcanization of raw materials is not complete: if the curing time of silicone keys is too short or the temperature of the mold is too high, it is easy to make the product stick to the mold and it is difficult to take off the mold and cause cracking. At this time, only need to extend the curing time or increase the mold temperature.
Fourth, the surface of the molding mold is dirty or too rough: the surface of the molding mold is very dirty or too rough, silicone buttons will lead to the reproduction of cracks, in this case, the mold needs to be clean or even plating.
