LED lamp thermal conductive silicone film is a product used in LED lamps, the main role is thermal conductivity. Therefore, our design needs to take into account the part of the lamp, high-power LED lamps and lanterns using thermal conductive silicone film thermal conductivity, thermal radiation and natural air cooling way of heat dissipation. According to the HATIZ theorem of LED LED working temperature is below 25 ℃, the service life of 100,000 hours, 25-50 ℃, the service life of 50,000 hours, 50-75 ℃, the service life of 20,000 hours, 75-100 ℃, the service life of 10,000 hours, 100-125 ℃, the service life of 5,000 hours, 125-150 ℃, Life time is 2,000 hours. So the LED devices and lamps and lanterns of heat dissipation must be solved.

We are to use heat-conducting silicone film to conduct the heat generated by the LED light source to the heat sink, and then use the area of the heat sink for thermal radiation heat dissipation and air air cooling. Therefore, our products have these 8 design advantages.

1, insulation: soft thermal conductive silicone film insulation is good, 1MM thickness of electrical insulation index in more than 4000 volts. Thermal conductive silicone grease has poor insulation due to the addition of metal powder.

3, aging resistance: thermal conductive silicone film is solid form, compared with thermal conductive silicone grease silicone oil is difficult to volatilize, good aging resistance.

6, anti-shock: thermal conductive silicone film for inline LED, there are pins, with thermal conductive silicone sheet with glass fiber cloth series products with soft material, good compression, is the ideal gap-filling material, can be used in the transportation process to play the effect of anti-shock. 

7, re-installation: thermal conductive silicone film has a slight stickiness, can be reused, easy to re-install. While the thermal conductive silicone grease is sticky and not convenient for disassembly and reassembly. 

8, thermal conductivity: the thermal conductivity of soft thermal conductive silicone gasket and thermal conductive silicone grease, respectively, is 1.9-3.0w/m.k and 0.8-3.8w/m.k.
