Second, the gap thickness.

When designers do the overall structure design, the position reserved for the thermal conductive silicone film follows the thinner the better. Because in order to have better heat transfer effect, the thermal resistance of the thermal conductive silicone film must be reduced, and the thinner the thickness, the thermal resistance of the thermal conductive silicone film will also be reduced, in addition to this factor, the thinner the thickness of the thermal conductive silicone film, the cheaper the price of the thermal conductive silicone film will be. So at the beginning of the design, the product gap should consider the thickness of this thermal conductive silicone film!

Third, the amount of compression, toughness.
       After the thickness and thermal conductivity are confirmed, you can consider the voltage resistance value, fire rating, compression amount, density, and silicone oil content of the thermal conductive silicone film. General thermal conductive silicone film voltage resistance value and fire rating can basically meet all the needs of customers; additional thermal conductive silicone film toughness, for some customers like drones, electric car batteries and other requirements for tear strength, it is particularly important, so you can make a choice according to the actual situation!
